You are the eyes on the ground, front-line observers in the Fraser Valley! By carefully looking out for invasive species around your home, in your neighbourhood, and where you visit in the region, you can take part in Community Science and help monitor invasive species in the Valley!

Brown Marmorated Stink Bug Egg Hunt
Help the B.C. Ministry of Agriculture and Food, and researchers at Agriculture and Agri-food Canada by looking for and reporting stink bug eggs!
Smallmouth Bass in Cultus Lake
Invasive smallmouth bass is in Cultus Lake. You can help by:
- Fishing and removing smallmouth bass from Cultus Lake (maximum 20 per day)
Cultus Lake Yellow Flag-Iris Mapping
Invasive yellow flag-iris around Cultus Lake. You can help by:
- Downloading iNaturalist and joining our project
- Heading out onto the lake and documenting any YFI you see
